The end of the tape

Well it happened yesterday, finally. Emma was told she no longer needed the tape on her chin. It has been 9 months and 10 days since she fell and had 110 stitches put in her chin. 9 mo. and 10 days of changing the tape on her chin and wondering if it will heal ok. 9 mo and 10 days of Emma just going on with life, never worried about the tape or how it looks, just being a little girl having fun. She would remind us to change it if we had taken it off for her bath or if was getting ratty around the edges. She took her vitamin C, multi vitamin and ate her fruit just like she was told to (until the last couple of months when we just kinda forgot). And now, she has no tape on her chin and a healed cut. She is an amazing little girl.
